The practice of Qi Gong focuses on the cultivation of a strong and healthy abundance of Qi, or Internal Energy. The postures and gentle movements of Qi Gong promote a calm yet robust vitality, which strengthens and nourishes the function of the internal organs while dissolving physical, mental and emotional stress.
I have been a practitioner of Qi Gong for the past 33 years, and the Qi Gong exercises I teach are a combination of methods and approaches from a variety of systems.
