The slow, gentle and fluid movements of Tai Chi are designed to build strength and vitality through deep relaxation, correct posture and mindful breathing. Cheyne was taught the 42-step form by 3x World Champion and 8x Chinese Tai Chi Champion Lin Qui Ping.
