Cheyne's approach towards these classes is based upon strategies and principles of movement from Tai Chi, Qi Gong, Five Ancestor Fist Kung Fu, Kali and Silat.

Classes focus on close range rapid-reflex training, pad work, targetting the body's weak points, natural fluidity & whole body movement. No previous martial arts experience necessary. Develop greater self-confidence whist training in a fun and safe environment.
